Yesterday we had my family over to celebrate my graduation. I had prepared two smörgåstårta (sandwichcake) filled with creamy prawns, tuna/egg and mayo. Yummy! One of the smörgåstårta was made with gluten free bread that I had baked the day before, since Emmylou is gluten intolerant. I also made my gluten free sponge ckae and everyone liked it! It was a nice evening!
The princess Madeleine also got married to her Chris yesterday, and she looked all beautiful! :)
