November goals
New month and new opportunities to take on new challenges and goals. My goals for November will be to:
- Sign up and go to 3 classes at the gym a week, or 2 classes and 1 gym workout.
- To eat and treat myself at the birthday parties coming up, but not binge. Stop eating when I'm full and listen to my body.
- To keep eating healthy, and try at least 2 new ingredients each week. Eating various food is good for you, both physically and mentally.
- To not procrastinate uni work and do what needs to be done in time. Work on the dissertation 5 days a week.
