Smoothie (yoghurt, milk, banana and berries) and boiled egg on 1 slice of whole grain bread for breakfast.
 
Sitting here enjoying the fact i was woken up early this morning. It has given me lots of time to get ready and lots of time to sit here and enjoy the above breakfast. I should do this more often :-)
