Found this recipe of a bread without any flour. Just packed full of healthy nuts and seeds that will satisfy you for hours, provide your body with essentials fats like omega 3 & 6, protein, and minerals such as magnesium, zink, and calcium. 
Studies have shown that eating nuts and seeds on a regular basis can help reduce bad cholesterol, helps protect artery walls from damage, and protects against inflammations.
