The day so far: Woke up, had a nice bowl of cinnamon and cardamom porridge with banana and blueberries. Done some studying, done some housework and now I'm getting hungry again so will prepare some lunch soon. After that we're going to the shops to get some drinks for tonight (and maybe an outfit, shhhh ;-)) and then get ready to go to the birthday party! Looking forward to it!

Good morning everyone! New day, new adventures! Had a small lay in today and then went up and made this lovely breakfast to start the day with! About to go for a little walk soon, and after that go food shopping! Hope you all slept well!

Good morning sunshines! Hope you all had a good night's sleep and slept for approximately 6-8 hours. Sleeping is very important to the wellbeing of both your body and your mind, so don't deprive yourself of it if you can help it, please <3
 
Had a very colourful and vitamin rich breakfast this morning, preparing for a day of studies and later some workout. My study partnes arrives later this morning, so I'm tempted to go out for a little walk, to get some fresh air.

Friday breakfast

Today I don't start work until 10.30, so I have plenty of time to eat my breakfast and get ready ;-) Made an experiment breakfast inspired by this. I didn't use all the ingredients that she used, but it turned out quite nice anyway! I used:
  • 1 dl oats
  • 1 dl fat free plain yoghurt
  • 1 tsp instant coffee
  • 1 tsp cocoa
  • 1 tsp honey

Mix it all together. I could use a little less coffee next time as it made it a little bitter, but it was nice! I topped it with a little more yoghurt, half a tbsp peanut butter, half a banana, and some frozen berries. Yum!

Smoothie (yoghurt, milk, banana and berries) and boiled egg on 1 slice of whole grain bread for breakfast.
 
Sitting here enjoying the fact i was woken up early this morning. It has given me lots of time to get ready and lots of time to sit here and enjoy the above breakfast. I should do this more often :-)

Saturday and Sunday breakfast

Natural yoghurt with hazelnuts, walnuts, muesli, pomegranate, blueberries and raspberries.
Porridge with 1/3 banana and a teaspon peanut butter.
 
My two last breakfasts. Didn't update yesterday as I was working and then just relaxing, not thinking about the computer. Had a nice Halloween evening, eating a little chocolates (Thanks Shirley ;-)) and watching a few episodes of Lost.
 
About to go out for a walk, and later do some studying. See you later!

Friday! Off to work for a few hours soon, and then later tonight we are treating ourselves to a meal out and the cinema! Sooo looking forward to it! The sun is out so hopefully I will fit in a long walk later, maybe even a run :-) Hope you all have had a nice breakfast and started off the day with a smile!

Monday flew past before I had time to react! I guess that is what happens when you have a full schedule from mornning to evening :-) It was a good efficient and nice day though, and we another nice day to look forward to. Despite feeling like I might have a cold coming, I'm staying positive and drinking lots of coffee, I might have to cut down on that and our the cup with some tea instead, haha!
 
Started today with a bowl of chocolate oatmeal, flax seed, banana, blueberries and raspberries. Now I have to get studying for a few hours, need to write another chapter of the dissertation, and merge what my writing partner has written with what I have written....Have a nice Tuesday morning all!

Pineapple, mango, banana, blueberries and quark for breakfast. Also had a boiled egg and half a slice of unsweetened bread. Gonna get ready for work now, and leave early, it's a nice day and I want to take pictures of the fine autumn trees on my way there.

Morning

Was out all day yesterday, first at uni, then got called in to work at the care home. Fell straight into bed when I came home at around 21.30 - exhausted. But at least I slept ok last night, so I'm ready for another day at work, this time at the school! Going to a college expo today - interesting!

Oatmeal loving

Apple and raspberry oatmeal with cardamom flavour for breakfast. Loving my oatmeals at the moment. So versatile and yummy! And a cup of coffee or two, of course ;-)
 
Spending the morning trying to write down the Theory part of our dissertation in an orderly fashion, to make it look good and make sense. It is hard! I need more books too...Might visit the library later.
